alright so the schools block everything even valuable research information that we actually need i think there program is called smart filter is there anyone that can help me get past it i need to so i can pass my classes

I think you should look into some proxies to bypass the IP address settings for your school

they blocked out proxy's proxy sites and the proxy option as well as the cmd prompt

What if one were to download some sort of something that cancels out the keyword-blocker and/or site blocker for that specific computer? Or maybe have it apply to only one browser, such as a "cannon" to blast through the firewall on Chrome or FFox or something?

I would suggest downloading Ultrasurf to a flashdrive and using it at school. It will get past all school filters for you. It is a mobile proxy. If you use a portable browser you can even control plugins to get the full internet experience without school annoying you. You can get the proxy free of charge here:

If you update the plugins in the mobile browser all videos will work too.

Forgot to say. It is a mobile launching exe so the school will not ask for additional permissions to launch it since there is no installation whatsoever. If you use the portable browser you will be able to control proxy settings in it since it is not installed on there machine. That should bypass everything...worked for me atleast.
