I think that we as Dollars need to make our organization stronger and more knowned. Making good acts and then asking for the people to tell their friends and family about us: The Dollars i a pretty good idea I think. But, we can also use technology,yes I'm a bit geeky. So... Why do we need the Dollars to gain popularity and power? In my own experience, if we gain more and more members at a faster rate, and the Dollars becomes more popular, then we might end up losing some of our original ideals of being good people. Things will start to dissolve if the Dollars become too popular. Some people who don't have as kind of intentions as we do may simply wish to join just for the sake of being able to say "I'm a Dollar!" Which would also go against the whole anonymity of the Dollars. Plus, telling people we help about the Dollars would also break the anonymity, as well as it's just rude to do something good for the sake of being known.
Too be honest I'd prefer this site hidden. The original point of the dollars in the anime was a secretive shady group of misfits. Plus since we're not that well known we don't have that big of a troll problem and the site produced raw unfiltered material which is what good organization websites need
Aren't we supposed to be colorless/invisible?, we don't need to be recognized even if we are responsible of good actions that helps society, that's the beauty of it. Help people just because it's the right thing, not to be popular ;)
