So, I am not making, but have finished making, a Windows Phone RSS feed app. Currently it is just an app that lets you check the RSS feeds for the main, missions, news, and random boards.

First, the limitations, and there are many.
1. I apologize but with the way the current RSS is set up I can only display that a thread has been updated, how many replies the thread has, and the original post, not the actual text of the latest reply.
2. This is NOT a mobile ver. of this site, just some RSS feeds, meaning you cant access the site through the app. I will place a link to the site in the app, but that will just open the browser and take you here (password screen).
3. Yes this is only for windows phone, that is where my interest and abilities lie, and I just started ANY kind of programming THIS WEEK with NO EDUCATION! In other words, complain all you want, as of now I do not have the skill to make for android, nor the money to make for IOS. 4. I do not plan on expanding this app to be a mobile version of the site. If that's something reltair wants its something reltair will make (or have others make for him). Also, Microsoft won't allow me to make an app that is just a site, they specifically say not to do that.

5.This does not mean I am throwing this out there and leaving it. As us WP users know live tile can do some cool stuff with RSS, and i'd also like to make push notifications. Unfortunately I will have to learn to do this. Based on the fact that I have been making this using trial and error with no programming history I am actually rather proud of myself.
6. Lastly, the app is not available yet. The following things need to happen and I will post here when they do.
-I get my dev account through my school so that I don't have to pay for any fees
-I finish up the app, and send it to Microsoft
-Microsoft evaluates app to see if it infringes on any agreements, and gives me a green light (or not)
-If green lighted, IDK what happens next. Iv'e never done this before.

I hope you guys like it (you small minority of WP users that is), IF I can get the app approved and published. Anyone with coding experience who wants to help GREAT! I would love nothing more than to hand this whole thing off and watch you soar majestically to other OS's and features.

I was surprised by this, because I have a windows phone and no one ever makes anything interesting for windows phones. Definitely keep us updated, and thanks for everything :)

I hate my windows phone due to the limited availability of Apps in the store. Regardless of how it function I'm just happy for an App. Downloading it now, I'll leave feedback and stuff later.

Microsoft can go screw themselves. Make the app anyways. If they remove it there's more backdoor ways of getting it around.
