Yesterday I was Jipped of $700. I Build and Sell computers, I get a custom order by email for a $1,000 Fully Pink Gaming Computer with liquid cooling. I spend 5 days finding the parts, pink RAM, optical drive, video card, fan, L.E.D.s, the whole shabang. I get done building it, I'm Halfway done with the Operating System when I get an email. She asked to cancel the order, so I keep the $500 deposit, but I spent $745 on it, so I'm stuck with a $1,000 pink gaming computer, and it is going to be impossible to sell. What should I do.
Haha, I'd love to buy it, but alas I already have a computer and I don't have money. Since you've already got a $500 deposit, could you sell it for $500, that way, you've still got the same amount of money, but someone else can buy a good computer cheaply?
The other option might be to see if you can sell the pieces anywhere, I'm not sure how doable that is, but it's a possibility.
A good friend of mine needs a computer (can even play the new tomb raider) but he also is low on funds until he start his summer job. If the price is right i think i could get him to buy it XD
How about posting the full parts list and some pictures on this thread for validity? Include a piece of paper with your username written on it, for full proof it's yours.
