That being said, if you own the computer/router, get written permission, or the person simply doesn't care, you're probably safe.

Also, businesses often monitor their networks, or sometimes use more complex login systems than typically used on home routers, so you probably run greater risk there, or may find it risky to actually use the password once cracked.
I recommend against using it unless it's on your own router, as you're either running a bit of a risk, or just disrupting the wifi of normal people otherwise.
