Is anyone experienced on how publishing and patenting a app for Apple. I have apps that I would like to patent, but I am not sure what to do. Please help.

I hope you have money to pay for the developer fees. You can't publish your apps in the app store without paying the fee. Unless you're planning to develop for safari.
