It was so regrettable to upgrade iTunes 10 to 11...It's so hard to use it, I can't download songs, videos etc. to it because it is so misleading, than iTunes 10, It's too easy just copy and paste and done! It will sync automatically.
Please help how can I download files?
or please let me know how to downgrade my iTunes...

Simply look for a site that offers iTunes 10.X, uninstall your current iTunes, install the old one, re-find all your music, and that should solve the problem.
I don't believe Apple products allow you to downgrade, considering that officially it's been impossible on an iDevice for some time now.
