Hello, all. If any of you have upgraded Firefox's Flash plug-in to the newest version, this has a 90% chance to help you!
Enough of the cheesy commercial bit, time for a tutorial (Windows only).
Fixing Firefox's Flash Crash
WARNING!!!: Do not mess with any other files or do anything not done in this tutorial unless you know what you are doing!
1. Navigate to the appropriate folder:
(Windows 32bit) C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
(Windows 64bit) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
2. Open the file named mms.cfg with notepad.
3. Save as mms.cfgBAK and exit.
4. Open mms.cfg again.
5. On a new line, type "ProtectedMode=0" without the quotes.
6. Save and exit.
7. Restart Firefox
There you go.
