Pokedex Program (20)

1 Name: Technica!tsGpSwX8mo!!XI8GEi6V : 2012-12-20 00:52 ID:bhFKL9R6 [Del]

I am looking for a pokedex program that includes all 251 pkmn. I have tried pokebar and pokemon.com but there newer programs are simply too large for dial up,

Does anyone know a better alternative

The Pokemon Company created a pokedex for all unova region Pokemon
for iPhone. Check the app store, that's if you have an iPhone/iPod or iPad, for a pokedex that's created by The Pokemon Company. It costs $1.99 for the app, but if you want to get Pokemon from different regions, i think it was $5.99 per region (excluding Unova). And there is 561 Pokemon, maybe more

Oh, and the pokedex for pokemon in regions other than unova are in-app purchases in the unova pokedex.

IDEA! A POKEDEX FOR ACTUAL ANIMALS. Bird Watcher? Point your pokedex at it for textbook detail.

There's a 3D Pokedex for the 3DS as well which includes all 649 current Pokemon.
It will probably be updated to include gen VI Pokemon once that's released later this year too.
It costs about $15 as far as I remember though.

Or you could just use Serebii.com

It's free, although you do need Internet, of course.

In addition, there are free apps in the Apple App store, although your mileage will vary depending on your needs. Most of the free ones only include types and evolutions, not move sets.

>>5 Dude you should make a new thread because that would be awesome!

>>8 how about he ask an oldfag before he makes a thread like that? And there needs to be a real type of thing that does that. And it's called the Internet, you can look up all these animals that are real.

Conclusion:No need for a thread like that, seriously.

Question Hatash, what kind of person is going to have a computer with NON crappy internet in the middle of the damn ROCKY MOUNTAINS? MILES from the nearest small town in the middle of the woods when they SEE said animal they are curious about.

Besides,it could also be setup to identify plants, which would REALLY keep someone from eating toxic vegetation when camping.

>>10 Yet you don't even know there are Classes/books(survival books mostly) for identifying plants.

not everyone would take classes like that. Some people just wanna know on the spot "Whats that?" heck,i wouldnt mind a way to identify half the weird crap that wanders through my own YARD.

Dude, a program like that wouldn't actually be a half bad thing. But, >>13, this isn't the topic for this shit anyway. They asked for a Pokedex program. Not your ideas about what programs we need.

If you want to discuss it, make a good topic about it here in Tech.

>>16 It's not half bad, but who will waste that time to make it? (No one answer this question at all, we're done with this and get back to the main topic)
