So, I've been using this site for a while now.. and now these keep showing up. Whenever I try clicking on a thread or picture, this is what is shown. Is it just my computer?

Could be the servers shut down. What kind of site is it?

Forgot to put this, but it could just be your computer. I don't get that message. And if a thread or picture get deleted, that message doesn't show up, it'd say something else.

perhaps he could only open 1 tab in his google chrome due to a week internet connection or messed-up connection settings... try contacting your provider and ask information regarding this... also ask them to fix it too..

Aw, I always seem to forget to put my name...
It only happens with this website. It shows up sometimes, not every time. If I refresh the page enough times it works.

Also consider clearing cache/cookies/history/downloads/everything from your browser. Try a new browser to see if that affects it. Uhh... Yeah. That's all I got.
