I'm also quite curious. I googled password making with coding but. . . I really don't understand cause I have no basic.

I would suggest you get some basic first before attempting it, then. That's kind of how it works, unfortunately, short of simply getting someone to do it for you.

But that wouldn't answer this thread, would it?

you can use html, javascript, java, and php languages in making a website.. but you need to have a background in those programming languages (basic is enough).. you can also use the visual basic ^_^ its easier than those.. and you also need to find a free host to publish your website and be viewed in any computer where ever you are.. but if you really don't have any background in programming or coding, you can go to some free website builder online.. you can also publish it right away after designing and putting all the data and information needed in your website.. one example is this http://www.wix.com/ (one of the free website builder that we used in our laboratory activity in interactive multimedia ^_^) i hope this helps ^_^
