The best idea would be to take it to where you got it from (if it's still under warranty), but if not go to gamestop or some place and they might be able to fix it.
If you want to do it the "do it yourself" way (which holds more risk):
To get the disk out:
Get a paperclip. Bend it flat. Bend the top just barely. Then, put the clip in the disc area sideways, curving it about halfway. Keep going until you get the hook around the middle ring. Pull it out carefully.
