The shuffler would be easy. The imagery, however, is dependent on how well light can be projected and manipulated/shaped. The biggest problem with projectors right now is that you cannot see the images if there is too much surrounding light. So the projections would be limited to indoors. But theoretically, it is possible. It would probably cost a few grand, though.
