They're a pair of cat ears that respond to brainwaves. If I remember correctly, emotions play a part in it. Like if your attracted to someone, the bend forward or something. I can't remember too much. My friend showed me a promotional video for them last year, but I can't find it anywhere now.

I can imagine my one friend getting a pair. He's obsessed with catgirls, so he'd just buy it for the laughs. Though if a pair of girls walked by him wearing some, he'd probably get a nosebleed.
