I have scoured the inter-webs searching for something that is just PARTIALLY similar to having a visually represented navigator or a holographic PC or hell even cell!
All I have found is just ideas not yet in development or not even real, just fan made.
So I was wondering if my fellow dollars could point me in the direction of a REAL, currently AVAILABLE, and FUNCTIONAL device with one or more of these functions.

Holographic technology hasn't been made for such colloquial usage yet. It's been done with extensive equipment, such as the holographic Hatsune Miku concert, but I wouldn't imagine they would be able to do it in a truly portable manner just yet.
Don't take my word for absolute truth though, this is just going off of what I know without googling it. Holographic imagery involves projecting light into a specific shape without a surface to reflect off of - something literally impossible without some sort of trick, like lights overlapping from several directions, which is how I assume the Miku concert worked.
