What type of phone is it? A new one with Internet access like a boss? K good. If you can't find a USB cable that came with the phone, then just send yourself an email with the file you want attached, then access your email on your pc. Tada

Do you have the connector cable for you phone? It's also called a USB cable.
Find the instruction booklet for your phone, maybe it'll tell you something.
If you still have trouble understanding what I'm saying, then you're pretty much fucked. You can't get that photo from your phone.

Okay, what you have to do is make your computer compatible with your phone. However, it sounds like that you are having problems with your harddrive. What you will need to do is re-magnetise it. Take the harddrive out of your computer and look for the disc shaped part that spins when it is in use. Now get a magnet (the stronger the better), apply it directly to the disc if possible, and pull the magnet around in a circle in one direction for about 10-12 full rotations. Now replace the harddrive into your computer and try again.
