Animator works like, animating, adding lyrics , storyboarding.
Soundmixer works like, arrange voices to make it fit with the music, adding auto tune, etc. . .

Is this volunteer work? The skillsets you're asking for usually charge an INSANE fee. If you aren't paying, chances are you won't get anybody.
