i need help with my computer. windows installation is not complete

i couldn't even login and i try to fix the start up but, that failed and so i try to put restore access point, but then it froze my laptop, so i try it again then it didn't work so i try to put it in factory settings, but it didn't work either and no it says it doesn't have windows

try reinstalling windows if you have the disk

in that case i would take it back to them, they should fix it as long as its under warrenty. if you have items on their you don't want anyone to see i reccomend you dwonload linux to a flashdrive and boot from it. their should be an option to install from their. or if you have some contacts you can get a dban system to wipe it clean and install a new os. but i warn if you go that way and still want 7 you WILL NEED TO install vista first then upgrade.
