So I was just updating my IPod, and before that I already had it backed up. When it was done updating and I tried restoring it from the back up, it didn't work. So now, all my musics gone and I can't get it from my iTunes 'cause it's not there. Any thoughts on what to do, please?

If your music is still on your iPod, then you can recover it, provided you are not on a Mac. If you're on Windows, you have to enable hidden files and connect your iPod to your computer. Open Windows Explorer, navigate to your iPod and find the hidden folder that contains your music. Copy and paste to your computer, and reload your files into iTunes.
