i was readingGame Informer, and I happened to find this out. from what I know, japan is selling this new add-on for 2 anolog sticks. so far it's gonna sell in japan first (naturally), and i'm pretty sure it might come out early Jan-March 2012. from my point of view, i think nintendo is desperate to sell the 3ds. im not saying that nintendo is a bad company or the 3ds is bad, but i guess the US release of $260 was a bit to pricey. so early on they changed it to $160. plus the wii u is coming out, and i'm wondering about the price tag. if it's outragously big, i'll wait until it gets cheaper, hopefully it'll be more successful

yea, the analog stick add-on rums on a seperate battery. and they will probably release a new 3ds w/ the second analog stick built-in

its kinda weird to have dual analog sticks, but maybe theyre trying to compete with the Play Station Vita

i bought it before the price went down. however nintendo sent me 10 free downloadable games. they are sending me 10 more downloadable games soon

i dont know if the dual analog stick is such a good idea because of the area of the second analog stick might make it weird to use
