Any phone using the android system tracks you location through your gps and sends it back to Google. so there is really no difference. They all track you.

So if I get raped and murdered, then I should find comfort in the fact that there's a higher chance then before that they'll find the lifeless body? woot...
Also, how come this doesn't help at all! with the apprehension and prosecution of people that steal cell phones?
