Hey, bemy problem is that I have had this site bookmarked ever since I got here (a few weeks ago) BUT since today, whenever I press the button it take me straight to the site (the main board)!
I know this seems dumb, but I prefer to be forced to type in the password (plus my mom is really snoopy). How do I make it go back to the way it was?? I already tried deleting the bookmark but that didn't change anything!

That's odd, I have it bookmarked too and it always asks me for the password, even if I put in the url for one of the boards.

Maybe deleting your cache will work? I can't really think of anything else.

For me, it only re-asks for the password if I close the window before re-entering the site, so this is probably the solution... But I have no idea if what browser you use has anything to do with it, or not, either.

If you use Firefox then it could have saved the password, but if you clear your Cache it should start asking for the password like its supposed to.

Did you mistakenly bookmark http://dollars-bbs.org/main/ instead of just http://dollars-bbs.org? If so, delete that bookmark, go to the password page, and bookmark that instead.

Make sure you log off, that's how I get it to show the main page.

delet the bookmark go to the page were u type the pass then save it but dont type the pass in its relly esay

My Firefox takes me to the main page and auto-fills the password for me (I wouldn't have it do that if anybody else used my laptop).

if you havent allready go to the options of your web browser and set it to deleate all history on exit.

go to tools, then delete browsing history (or just hit CTR+SHIFT+DELETE) and choose all.
also try typing it into ur URL and then go thru and delete all the saved shorcuts there, thats helpful.
finally from now on before u come here try going to tools than hit start private browsing, i think the shortcut for that is CTR+SHIFT+P.
