Hi, so I’m going to be a Highschool freshman next year and I’m going to tryout for volleyball in August. I was wondering if anyone has any tips for how I can practice to get better and also what to expect at tryouts since this is going to be my first time. I have played volleyball in 8th grade for club but honestly it wasn’t much experience but still quite fun so I’d like to continue in high school. Any tips or info would help honestly. Thank you :)

ive never played on a team, but im really good at serving cuz i would practice it for multiple hours a week. and that got my spikes, serves, and form really good. just practice the basics. improve, and have higher ups help you. theyve been where you are, and i bet they had other to help them.

I never played in the team but I did some training. It started with a warm up then train. Since I'm a beginner I started with an underhand serve and receives.
