I really wanna try out Parkouring but I am busy these days, I think it is really cool, but I just got no time so I told myself (maybe when I'm older0, but is there any age limits to it? Sorry because I am not really that much of experienced in sports and such stuff😅😅😅😅😅

there are so many youtubers who do parkour at any age. its a sport that does have an age limit I mean obvi old ppl can't do it but u get it. One of my fav you tubers who do parkour are called STORROR there v cool

Yeah I wouldn't say there is an age limit on when you can do parkour, I'm 19 and I wouldn't mind starting myself. UwU

I started parkour at the age of 15, now I'm 20 and learning new moves. It is fun and doesn't have an age limit.

exercise regurlarly, keep your body and mind fit and ready for the real training

and i dont think gender has a role in leaning a sport as long as you have good control over your body

I have a friend that does parkour and started quite late, so I would say yes, it's completely possible, just don't hurt yourself!!
