You should eat well and consider buying yourself leg-weights! Also, get into a lot of running and sprinting to exercise your stamina!

There's apparently something called a 40-40-20 diet that may help build muscle. You should look into that. Obviously, you should still exercise as usual.

- Healthy diet (with meat too but watch out)
- Exercise daily
- Some kind of active hobby: Swimming or Martial Arts
