Call the ball.

every time you're in practice say this in you're head "Ball is love Ball is life" also make sure you hit the ball over the net using you're forearms. you can also hit the ball over the net by making a triangle shape with you're thumbs and pointer fingers and hitting it back with the palms of you're hands do not use you're finger tips to hit the ball over the net its an automatic foul if they catch you also it can hurt you're fingers. WHat role do you play

If you're just a beginner start with practicing receives and serves (underhand is the easiest). Once you get used to it, you can start practicing tossing (for setters) or spiking (for hitters). You should also study the rules. During a game, say 'mine' if you're gonna receive the ball. Anyway if you watch anime you can watch haikyuu :)))
