A while ago I looked through the Sports Board but only found a thread about skateboarding, so I decided to make one about the good ol‘ longboard. Here are some questions for you to get this thread going:
1. Are you a longboarder and if so how long have you been doing it?
2. How did you get in contact with this kind of sport and what kept you interested?
3. Which disciplines do you practice and what are you working on right now?
4. Which board do you ride and what is your current setup? If you have several decks feel free to write all of them down. If you feel like it you can post a picture as well.
5. What are your favorite riding spots? Which would you like to try?
6. Any advice for other riders? If so write them down.
Any story or questions regarding longboarding are welcome too of course.

Currently I'm using boss hawgs and I'm able to predrift as well as performing the coleman and pendulum slide. I'm coming from a skateboarding background and started longboarding about one and a half years ago. First I got into freestyle and last summer into freeriding so I haven’t been doing it for very long. The only things that still scare me are full blown standys since I fell pretty hard once and my whole right side was basically close to non-usable for a view days, even thou I wore some protection gear.

let me tell u one thing
u sound like a complete poser dude
stop longboarding and start skating fr
handrails and gaps not doing fucking powerslides and bombing hills. thats what u do with a skateboard on the way to the skatepark. longboarding is so limited
