Okay so I pulled a muscle in my right leg the other day, and I have a track meet in a few days, I tun 400 and 200 meters, as well as long jump, any suggestions to help me out so that I don't end up hobbling to the finish line?

I'm sure there should be some level of fitness expertise within the teams overseers.
