Anybody practice tricking here?? (if you don't know about this sport, here you have some information about that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hv01EIPpf1M) practice it if you liked it c:
Is the combination of different martial arts, but mainly kicks and mortals from break dance and olympic gymnastics. Is centrated in the apreciation of the beaty of the martial arts and the capacity of the human to ignore the gravity. You can use it for do some sport or you can use it like a self-defence too.
More than that I think is the art of kicking with mortals and spining kicks and is more like capoeira than parkour, but with more martial arts moves, you can write "tricking" or "yuri boyka" in youtube and you will understand everything ;)
I've been tricking for 3 years. I've been to a couple training sessions and was taught by Michael Guthrie. I recommend looking up tricking videos especially Plan Zero.
Well, the name tricking comes out from "trick" and as you can infer, that's the main idea about the sport. You can perfom tricks from different martial arts styles, gymnastics and other whatever you want. This sport is mainly about achieving fluidity between the execution of different movements that often have nothing to do with each other, and the movementes should be hard enough in execution as to be called "tricks"
