I know everyone says drink milk, however that doesn't help at all. I'm 16 and 5'1 and I just want a clear direct answer as to growing taller in height. If you could help please please let me know.

1.Eat a balanced diet
2.Get the right amount of sleep
3.Stay active
4.Practice good posture
5.Use yoga to maximize your height.

Atleast that’s what the internet says and I don’t think milk works

You may grow a bit more, but likely not much, just because you're basically at the end of your growing.
