So I have been trying my hardest to solve an Anagram... only issue is that it's in Japanese and I have no idea what the specific characters are.
This anagram's been bugging me for days. If you can help it would be appreciated.

The letters are:
A, To, To, A, To, U, F, To, K, O

I would be very happy to help you, but I need some informations, if you don't mind.
First, I would like to know where did that anagram come from.
Second, in the japanese writing system, there is no consonnant, only vowels and syllables, like Ka, Ki, Ku, Ke and Ko, but no K. So maybe it's not japanese, or you forgot to write some of the vowels. It would help me if you checked that.

Also, do you know if it is a word or a sentence ?
