You know, I kinda do sport (like running and stuff) but I keep thinking, that instead becoming healthier I tend to exhaust myself to death everytime. So yeah, what do you think about it? Are workouts that good as everyone says or are they some part of a program for dealing with overmass population? (Excuse me for my "great" english, I have just run 5k T_T)
Hello Callepu! Workouts are good you know. You can be active, maintain good body.... But the part of becoming health also depends on your diet. If you keep eating unhealthy stuff, it wont matter how much you workout. You will just remain unhealthy and will be worn out. *hope this helps you decide :)*
