Help.

i just meditate to clear my mind, but i'm not sure how to help you any further than that. sorry.

This is difficult, but I guess try to listen to music or look at art (nature, paintings, video edits, etc.) and try to think of a mood. Once you have a specific mood in mind, try looking for other things you can write about, like for characters maybe look at some google images of models/people and see if you can write a mini story about them based on look. From there you'll hopefully be able to get the creativity going again, not drastically, but its a start.
