As the title suggests the petition's purpose is to appeal the current condition of Russel Group (prestigious) UK universities, where free speech on canvas is disappearing. However even if you do not live in the UK your signature would be appreciated, if you agree with the concept then by all means sign regardless of where you live. If you'd like more information or examples of this happening, simply reply on the thread and I'll check back with you.
