but sense of smell is a very close runner up

i love music, reading, and watching tv shows too much. and umm.. touching too much ;)
and if i lose my sense of smell, that would also make foods less yummy so might as well lose sense of taste? I'd really miss the taste of foods though T.T

Smell, I hardly smell shit in the first place. My nose feels permanently blocked.

I already vowed that if anything happened to my hand via someone I'd *attempt* to only partially kill them. Drawing is my liiiiiiife. So touch is too precious.

If I only had those options, then I'd say taste. I'm not picky with my food anyway.

taste, becouse most of the flavour we feel is scent anyways, so losing taste wouldn't be much of a loss

Smell, since I've already lost it. It's not as bad as people think, besides me being paranoid that how I smell to others. I never understood why people say you wouldn't be able to taste stuff. I can taste things just as well as I could before I lost my sense of smell. Maybe I was just lucky enough to keep my sense of taste?

Common confusion. The sense of taste and smell affect each other to a certain extent, but they work independently.
You don't really feel it, because sense of smell usually boosts appetite instead of affecting how food taste.
For example, drinking tea is relaxing not only because you can taste the tea, but also because you can smell it.

Smell. Because I feel like it would least affect me (sure I can't smell gas, or some impending smoke due to a fire in my house, but hey).
My sight is probably most important, I would hate to lose it, because I need it to paint and sculpt haha.
Hearing is probably second most important. I'd become paranoid without it.
Touch, I need it. To feel my kitty's velvet-like fur and snuggle her.
Taste is almost on par with scent to the point I ALMOST wouldn't mind losing it. But... I need to know when something tastes like shit or if it's some poison :P Plus food is delicious. On the other hand, losing it means I could eat meat and fat and not feel like throwing up.

Even though it isn't one of the five main senses, I would choose magnetoreception because it most likely won't be properly harnessed by humans in my lifetime
