The title stands as an intro so I'll get to this.
It is to all the boys out there, I'd like answers from them just to see how some things are. So, here are the questions (sorry they are pretty weird..)
1) When guys flirt do they actually want girls to notice? Like, do they mean for us to notice that they are hitting onus or are they tryiblng to keep it on the down low.
2) (this is the weirdest one, please do not hate me I'm just curious!) Do guys mind performing oral sex on girls? Do they think it is gross? Is it something they are willing to go for or would only do if they absolutely had to?
3) is there anything that is generally thought to be gross about the female sex organs to males?
4) WHY DO BOYS KEEP WEARING P.E. SHORTS TO SCHOOL!? (They are t pants and do t look good at all. You call that an outfit? : /

As it stands, I'm in an all boys high school and all my siblings are brothers, so to me, girls are something from another race...

In other words, "What are they? Are they edible?"

To answer you original questions though:
1) It really depends on the guy. I'm not usually one to flirt, but if I do, I try to be subtle. For those with more of a devil-may-care attitude, they may be more up front about it.
2) Also depends. People have different proclivities and comfort zones.
3) Not to my knowledge.
4) Is this a problem? I don't think this is a problem.

All girls suck because they are ugly including me. I only like fat over weight men they are attractive and hot. I love the way they jiggle and sweat with so much mass. Thats what I think about the opposite sex. And no I am not joking, I am serious

I don't particularly understand humans of my own gender but I can try to answer your questions in the most efficient and robotic way possible.

1. It appears to be a display of dominance; much like how male peacocks display their feathers during mating season or when rams and deer fight in front of females. Flattery is just the only legal and moral equivalent to them expressing that they would like to mate.
2+3. My personal understanding is that the happiness and enjoyment of other person is more important. There's nothing gross about it. There are probably men out there that find it gross just because they're sticking their own genitalia in there and they probably feel grossed out about tasting themselves. Either way, it is only fair to do things mutually and both parties should be satisfied.
4. I don't understand this, but then again, I never wear shorts outside unless I am at some sort of beach or pool where it is appropriate. I speculate that they find it comfortable or they wear them because it's easier since they will probably be engaging in extracurricular activities.

1) Depends but usually yes. I rather the girl see it and flirt back, want them to want me. But nowadays I am engaged so I try to respect my fiance enough not to flirt.
2) I love it and do it randomly everyday multiple times a day when I am home with whoever I am with. Morning, afternoon, and night.
3) squirting... I hate when a girl squirts because I read what it actually is... I have a no squirting policy and if the girl does I stop right there. (for those who don't know scientists have studied women who squirt from intense orgasms and they have concluded that the woman's bladder is lighter afterwards.) It depends. All guys are different. Right now i don't see the need to answer those questions personally, but if you think that it would be beneficial, then i'd be fine doing it.

For me, at least:

1) I'm a n33t. I don't even bother. If I can hold a girl every now and then, I'm completely satisfied.
2) I don't have a problem with it, but doing something like that too early or too often really cheapens a relationship.
3) Nope. Very few would state differently.
4) They're probably just copying someone else they know. Most people have very little individuality in that respect. I tend to wear either black jeans and dark t-shirt/button-over combinations or dark contrast half-suits (I'm in college, so it's not that weird).

I like guys. I like them a lot. I like how some are aggressive. I like how some are shy. I like the introverts and extroverts. The sadists and masochists. I just like guys.

I like them a lot.

1- In my own personal experience no because I'm too shy to flirt lol and I actually prefer to be a bit more straightforward with people.

2- I have never done it myself but the thought of it never really bothered me. I see no point in engaging in sexual interaction with another person if it's only for your own pleasure.
