I have been wondering this for a while now, but should we be happy with what we have? The mobile phone in your pocket, the money on your bank, the roof above your head. Should we wish for more? Or for less?

i think that if we are not happy with what we already have then we should have less so that we can understand how stupid we were. :P

I agree that it is stupid to not be happy with what we have, but why shouldn't we want more? If we don't strive to have more won't we end up either stagnant or losing what we have?

Of course we should be happy for what we have, because there are people in this world who do not have those things. It's okay to wish for more, but don't be ungrateful for what you have.

we should be happy because many people can't afford a house,phones,etc.

Yeah we should be happy with what we have. But I find that wishing for stuff I can't have just makes me depressed. So we should be careful with how much more we wish for.

Well, consider that we ''have'' others in our lives, and that there are always things they don't have. For example someone may want more friends, or A friend. So lets be kind, open, and loving toward others! If we're doing that, then yes we should be aloud to be happy with what we have! :) -Bean Dar
