ok... I don't wanna sound dumb but, whats "bump" mean, alot of people say that when they answer to a thread. Could someone please tell me..

it means to 'bump' the thread to the top of the page. as in taking a conversation that has fallen low in the list of conversations, and bringing it to the top of the list. As when ever you post it 'bumps' the thread.
This is done when you have nothing to add but want others to see the thread for whatever reason, be it to inspire them comment, or because you feel the topic is important enough to be on the top of the page.
to go into even more detail 'sage' means you are posting without bumping, many people view this as a sign the the thread is not worth bumping, and thus a bad thread. I am going to sage my post because this conversation is over, and thus no longer needs to be anywhere near the top page.
