Hey, any opinions on if our constitutional rights have been eroding recently, have always been walked right over and no one bothered to point it out, are all still in tact, or have been hit once or twice, but are overall improving?
To be scored daily, maybe more, maybe less depending on how long it takes me to get around to it.
The point system: 0 points- trolling, nonsense, senseless ranting, and needless anger 1 point- a logical argument 1 points- cites something but no argument 2 points- cites and provides argument potential bonus point for a quote, but not as easy to get the bonus as the normal points.

To point out one right that bush started to infringe upon the 4th ammendment. I think it is the patriot act, which gives the government permission to monitor any person in the US for the pretense of terrorism. They have used this act in the past to monitor phone calls which flagged words are said, like bomb. From a simple phone call one could be thought to be harboring terrorist intentions giving the government to search a house. All the government has to do is say it is for the sake of rooting out terrorism and they can tap into a phone call, search a house, or get hold of personal documents.
