Since this is the random bord, I decided to get something random out there. Has any one heard of the Jersey Devil? Also called the New Jersey Devil, it's said to live in the New Jersey Pinebarrons. If anyone else knows, or has delt with the Jersey devil, I would really like to know.

I know of the Jersey Devil but I have been to the pine barrens many times before and have never seen anything and i don't feel like posting the whole story of how it came to be so just Google it if you really wanna find out more about it.

Read about it in a book on cryptids. Sounds like a freaky motherfucker, that's for sure.

I saw a show on it once. I think it was Destination Truth or Finding Bigfoot. Something in that circle of shows. It was... interesting. I don't remember much from it, but I do remember that I was interested at the time. And that I am now scared of the Jersey Devil, just as I am bigfoot. -Shudders- Scary beasts...

My mom's boyfriend's grandmother kept the thing in her basement for a few years. Wouldn't let anyone go down there, tossed in entire deer carcasses constantly. She passed away, and a few days later they found the cellar doors busted off the hinges, a very heavy duty chain snapped clean in the basement, and the floor absolutely covered with bones.

True story. Emphasis on story. It's been told to me as truth by a few people, but I don't believe in crazy stuff like this.

There's also a popular book out called 'Strange New Jersey' and it was my Adjunct Language Arts Professor in there for having seen the Jersey Devil as a kid.

I'm surrounded by crazy people. Explains a lot about me.
