This idea I've come up with is essentially exchanging contact information with one another, stating particular skills or knowledge you have so in the event a Dollars member needs help regarding something of your expertise, they can ask for your assistance/advice, be it by phone number, e-mail, or another method of communication. The most effective way this would work would be by exchanging mobile information, however I understand many people are cautious. I will be attempting to have this implemented in a few other places, so I may manage a bit of this via e-mail. It's as simple as posting your contact information that you feel comfortable sharing, or e-mailing me your information, I will then give the information only to others who have given the same information. I will give my number to those who either share theirs/e-mail me theirs.
Even small things here and there may count, perhaps you know a bit more about a particular subject. And even if you've stopped doing it, that doesn't change that you may have some viable knowledge regarding it.
