Now that I have you're attention, I've been thinking. If one person ruled the world, who would this person be?
That's where you, my fellow BBS members, come in. What are qualities and characteristics that a person must have in order to effectively rule the world? This would mean, that they would not get assassinated, no revolts against the government, etc. We are aiming for a peaceful world where everyone is content under the government. If you wish, you may also explain the government system that would be most effective to rule the world.
I've looked, and I could not find this. This could qualify as a topic of discussion, but I figured that it would be much more cozy here on random.

A strong, moral leader that is unafraid to be politically incorrect. He would never back down, and never give in to the whims of an inefficient congress or senate.
In my opinion of government system, I would prefer a strong communist or national socialist government, which stresses nationalism, morality, and promotes equal rights for all, as well as addressing the needs of the workers over that of big corporations.
It should also support the idea of ONE superior race, as well as one religion/ideology.
Well, that's be best way I can describe it, anyway.

I suppose that a good government system would be one that allows Religious freedom and blah blah blah. A strong policy of Isolationism and Militarism is good, as well as Nationalism. I really dislike the Capitalistic views of America politics though. I suppose I would be classified as a Socialist but whatever.

A little bit of it was propaganda, but a lot of it was through charisma and the ability to bring Germany back from the brink of collapse. If he hadn't been dumb enough to invade Russia, he would have controlled all of Europe and eventually all of Africa.
If that were the case, it's likely the USSR would also still be around, and the US, Canada and Mexico would have formed an alliance to take the remaining 1/3 of the world. And BAM, you have the setting of Code Geass.

i believe that a world with one great monarchy dictator fallowed by 4 smaller dictators that ruled over 1/4 of the world would be best but the local governments that everyone is used to such as the ""monarchy"" of Brittan or the presidency of the U.S. would remain the same the only difference being that the leaders of those governments would report to their local ruler who would report to the final king

But in an all serious note I'm gonna be corny and say love should be the only thing to rule the world. And I don't mean a Gasai Yuno kind of love, btw.
