But then it's just cosplay for a specific time, hence, a sub-topic for a thread. Granted, it depends entirely upon the definition of cosplay, which I can't seem to find a *completely* reliable source for at the moment.

Halloween is Halloween. It's a cultural tradition tied into a bastardized holiday.

Cosplay is a hobby.

Thread is fine. If the problem is minute enough you have to get into technicalities, then it's a fair sign you shouldn't have brought it up in the first place.

The picture was on imgur so it's not me or anyone I know, but this guy is dressing up as a man in hurricane sandy. Haha, you should note that there's no wind in this picture, so everything is taped and fashioned that way.

Highlight of Halloween:
I was walking down a street and while someone was driving past, a guy sticks a Master Sword replica out his window and yells "FOR ZELDAAAA" at me. Then a group of teens saw me and sang "LINK. HE COME TO TOWN. HE COME TO SAVE. THE PRINCESS ZELDA."

I was the only Halloween trick or treater with my friend and when I was about half a mile away from my house, it was raining as if a firemen used his hose on our heads.
