I own a black lab, who is insanely clumsy and playful, and I call her "Boosh". Hell knows why, but I still call her boosh.

Besides my two old dogs and my sister's pets, I usually call pets by whatever they are. For example, I have a rabbit named lew, but I just refer to it as "rabbit".
