University of San Carlos (Cebu City) The friggin enrollment for first years is so goddamn frustrating, and the toilets in my dorm always have pee on the sides HOW DO YOU MISS THE FLOOR YET HIT a 1 inch width seat and completely miss the bowl that is about 1 feet in diameter... HOW?
