I've always wanted a Glass house, but where, with a push of a button, all the glass darkens. Through means of a fogging system, or something along those lines. This making it where you can take showers, get dressed and whatnot, without anyone being able to see.

Japanese-inspired One Room Mansion. 272 Square Feet and all the amenities you need. I would put a unit control center (computer that controls the entire unit) in the main hall and a Shoji Screen as the bathroom door.

BTW, I designed that for my high school senior project. Done completely in AutoCAD.

Take a CAD class. Color indicates layer properties, generally. Green for walls, dark blue for doors/openings, light blue for plumbing, another dark blue type for appliances, one type of red for cabinetry and one type of red for seats/bedding. White are dividing lines (mainly used for calculations).
