We all get them. These painful times that happen in our heads that can be caused by many things: stress, anxiety, confusion, or perhaps you have a tumor(jk).
There are many great ways to get rid of them. Here a couple of things that I do to get rid of one.
1. Listen to smooth music
2. Think about floating in space
3. Just get your mind off of what may be causing it
4. Pills
5. Drink some ice cold water or hot tea

My grandpa's old method of treating headaches.... grab your finger, and as fast as you can, bend it back all the way to the back of your hand, now this needs to be done in a quick snap, until you hear a loud "Pop" Yes you'd be in an extreme amount of pain, but..... do you still have a headache? lol

Lemon water.
My recipe:
1/2 Of a lemon
1 Glass of water
A shitton of honey.
Squeeze the lemons into the water and stir in honey untill it stops dissolving. Drink.
Its an aquired taste, but works every time.

i have one of these head massagers and if i use it before the headache gets really bad it makes it go away. maybe i'm just weird? :P

The pressure point in the webbing between your thumb and pointer finger- try rubbing that in slow circles.
There is a little notch in the top inner corner of your eye socket. Apply light pressure to this, and It will relieve a lot of the pain/pressure you feel.
A cold compress at the base of your neck
Tie a bandanna, or something similar around your head tightly (may make it better, or worse, depending on the type of head ache.)
See a chiropractor. A simple adjustment to the spine or neck can do miracles.
Drink Caffeine. Coffee, Pop, Tea, or caffeine pills. A lot of headaches come from withdrawals if you tend to consume a lot of caffeine.

Using your thumb, place pressure on the bridge of your nose.
If that doesn't work, take your thumb and place it behind your teeth on the roof of your mouth and push forward.
Also, placing a powerful magnet on your temple also seems to work.
