Planking is one of the most pointless things I've ever seen. However, after following my friend at the convention around as he tried to find a place to "plank" and then watch him do it until a guard yelled at him, I find it humorous.

I do think that if you're doing this you should do one that involves skill, not just laying down on the ground. That's stupid. But if you're on precarious objects or a small surface it's okay.
