I got tinnitus after going to a concert without ear plugs and life since has been a battle the constant ringing is slowly tearing away at my sanity leaving me only wanting to escape from my self. it is hard to enjoy anything I am irritable constantly and my career of trying to attain peace and enlightenment is cancelled permemantly.

please remember to use earplugs next time you are at a load concert if you don't have any of to the toilet and make a piece of toilet paper wet, you can then form it to your ears liking.

Yes, earplugs are an essential part of concert going if you wanna continue to enjoy concerts!!! Concerts are incredibly loud and do damage to your ears. I'm sorry you had to learn that the hard way, OP :(
