I feel as if I am lost. I can't explain it. I want to make friends and have fun but I can't. Other tell me how bad I am of a person. It is what I did in the past that I am suffering from lonely. I don't know what to do.

You should lay off the past for now. It will only give you pain. Try and talk to people. If they don't want to , that'son them.

It's actually hard to make friends in real life. Especially if you want to have fun with them as there are many factors to consider (i.e. clashing schedules, different likes).

I think it's better to start with having online friends, at least they don't know what you did in the past and you can come clean. If you really want to have offline friends, you'd either want to please others (I don't recommend this) or just show others that you've changed as a person. Past is past, and there's nothing you can do about it but to take it as a lesson and move forward.

I feel this way too sometimes, and it doesn't cease to be terrible. If others still tell you that you are a bad person, you can try to seek amends with them for the actions that you did in the past. However, it is not their obligation to forgive you (if you have done something wrong to them) even after you have done proper apologies (look up "how to apologize properly" online).

However, they are not the only people that you will meet in real life. You can change cities in the future or maybe move in with someone else. People come and go even if you're terrible to them or you've done nothing but your best. What is important is that you learn to live with yourself. You have to trust yourself first, so that you're more confident in starting connections on your own, and hopefully you can be less lonely.
